The board had a combined quote of DKK 2.3 million and had to say yes or no without being able to judge what was urgent.

We walked through the building in a morning and wrote a note with three groups: must be done now, can wait two years, can wait longer.
We recommended doing the roof first, because everything else would have to be redone if it waited.
Resultatet
The first phase came to DKK 1.9 million instead of 2.3. Two items turned out to be able to wait, and one could be combined with the roof work.
